His integrity and reliability were key points we liked about him. Every day the project was cleaned up. There was never a mess left. They did a fantastic job! The work was done by craftsmen who were artists. This addition had to look like it was a part of the original. The trim, paint, windows, the details—everything came together in such a way that you would never be able to tell where the new project began.

Mark is such a forthright, outstanding individual and we never hesitate to recommend to anyone. We don't feel there is another contractor in the area that has his credentials. Everyone we have recommended him to has come back and thanked us.

On our project, he never missed a day and it was done approximately when he said it would be. He explained everything in detail. The ‘comfort zone' and rapport were fantastic. People we recommend him to say the same thing.

Later, to do a small project, we needed to know the color of paint he had used. Because he keeps such extensive records, he was able to get us the exact color that had been used.

The project went great. Then finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule! Everything they said would happen happened, and nothing went over. Due to his honesty and professionalism, Mark is very, very easy to work with. The people who work for him are also great, and were always here when expected.

The subs were very professional and tried to be out of our way as much as possible. They are so clean! The house was probably cleaner when his crews were working on it than it is now!

We liked him so much. He likes things really simple. In fact, he talked us out of a few things we didn’t have to have. He really listened to us. He’s very good and meticulous, and very clean, too! He was there every day from the day it started until the end. Mark had a calendar set up by the back door with phone numbers, so that we were always able to tell how the project was progressing and could reach the right person if we had questions. Every week he would give us an update in writing. He submitted a work calendar before starting and would always update it. There was never a surprise and we always knew what was going to happen.

He was never afraid to give us his opinion either way. We interviewed 5 different contractors that were recommended to us, but with Mark, we felt like he was really telling us the truth. The bid was so detailed there was no room for any surprise.

We are really happy with the work and the way it turned out. He’s just such a good person we were a little sad when it was over and he wasn’t there any more.
