The first step is to contact our office and speak with Mark Audino, principal, who will discuss your project; schedule a complimentary in-home consultation. At that time, he will sit down with you to discuss your lifestyle, your needs, your wants, then evaluate your project and provide a ballpark figure. Depending on the specifics of your project, design work may be required; however not all work such as repair work, window replacement, or cosmetic work such as new countertops, new flooring, etc. requires design work.

The Design Phase starts with your ideas and dreams then we determine what your needs are and create a preliminary design based on those needs. A preliminary estimate is then created based on the preliminary design. Upon your review and approval of the preliminary estimate, the next step the final design is created; on completion of final design the final estimate is created reflecting the final design.

The first step of the construction phase is the pre-construction meeting. At this meeting, you will meet your project manager; all aspects of the project are discussed such as work hours, delivery of building materials, jobsite commode & dumpster location, pets, parking, security issues, exposure to the elements, etc. At this time a project schedule is presented so our clients can follow along with the progress of the project & see if our timelines are being met during the duration of the project. Weekly meetings with the project manager & client are suggested. Communication is paramount, in the success of all projects. The length of a project is determined by the scope of work. It’s our goal to bring our clients remodeling dreams to fruition.
Excellent Communication
We make it a point to promptly return your calls. Once we begin, a project board is placed in a strategic location in
your home detailing the schedules of various functions within the project. Each week we give you an update in writing and submit a work calendar before starting. We also update the calendar as needed, so you always know what is going on.

We provide on site management, assigning a project manager to each job and ensuring he is there everyday from start to finish. Keeping the site clean, organized and safe is an absolute must for any project we undertake.

When we build an addition, we make it look as if it were there all along. We invest the time up-front to see if specific materials are still available. We strive to match your existing home so well that it will be impossible to determine where old and new meet.
Service After the Sale
Should there be a problem, regardless of what it is, or whether it was generated by us or the homeowner, we will come out immediately and handle it.
